AMBER LOWTHER

Amber is a dynamic journalist, digital content producer, host, podcast expert, social media manager, content creator and educator.

With a degree in Journalism and Fashion from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and 10+ years of experience under her belt, Amber started PLAY Media after seeing a gap in the market for innovative, tailored social media, content creation, and podcasting solutions designed to help brands stand out and thrive in a competitive digital landscape.

Amber began her career in magazines, creating custom publications and leading digital departments. In 2015, she transitioned to radio, rising from news intern to National Digital Content Producer for the Hit and Triple M Networks, an on-air announcer, managing national shows, podcasts, and social media content.

With over a decade of experience in social media and content creation, Amber collaborates with brands through UGC and in-house services. She shares her expertise as a podcasting educator and previously hosted a celebrity gossip microcast for Are Media.

With over a decade of experience as a fashion and beauty blogger and content creator, her years of creating and connecting within the industry have helped her build a strong network and a deep understanding of what it takes to stand out and succeed in the digital world.
